No matter how hard you try to eat and live healthy, you could still fall victim to a series of digestive disorders including irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux and so on. Of course, there is no denying that many such disorders can be a result of some poor lifestyle choices we make including eating the wrong foods at the wrong time and in wrong quantities. If you have been suffering from digestive disorders, many of which can turn chronic, chances are that you have tried medication to get treated. Side effects, adverse drug events and of course the cost factor could be compelling you to look for alternative healthcare products.
Aloe Vera Pills
One of the biggest causes why we fall prey to several disorders of the digestive system is that we have a poor immune system, we make poor food choices and our evacuation system is dysfunctional. This means that whatever we eat do not get digested properly, giving rise to acid reflux, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and more. IBS or irritable bowel syndrome is perhaps one of the most frequently occurring digestive disorders affecting many of us. The symptoms of this ailment are so confusing that even health experts find it hard to diagnose and provide timely therapy. Fullness of the stomach, abdominal pain, lack of appetite and general lethargy are some of the common symptoms of this ailment.
Aloe vera pills are increasingly recommended for the treatment of this disorder because of its colon cleansing and digestive properties. Rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals, it is said to help lower some of the symptoms. Similarly, the pills can also help with other digestive disorders by delving deep into the root cause of the ailment and removing all the harmful toxic materials accumulated within the digestive tract.
Aloe vera has anti viral, anti bacterial, anti fungal and anti inflammatory properties. While it has been found to be effective in decreasing the symptoms of ulcerative colitis (not in all cases), it has been said by many that it can also help reduce symptoms of Crohn’s Disease, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and other digestive conditions (once again not in all cases). But you have to remember that when taken in capsule form, more than 50 mg could have a laxative effect.
Aloe vera pills can be used to help you feel better against a host of digestive disorders. Don’t forget to consult your doctor prior to taking aloe vera pills and read also about the aloe vera side effects.

Sir, thanks for this enlightiment of the benefit of aloe vera plant. It has really open my mindset to the use of aloe vera and I will start puting it to use whenever I have stomach upset. Please I want to know if the plant can be used raw.
I am interested in Aloe Vera Barbadensis for it’s anti-inflammatory abilities. I am 62 years old and have spells of Sciatica and sometimes I use Ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation. It works well but has many side effects, one being raising blood pressure, possible kidney and liver issues. How can I get the AVB in a pill form for anti -inflammatory use. Thanks for your help. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
